Hyatt Hotels has announced plans for Casa Duhau, a new luxury hotel in Mendoza, Argentina, expected to open in late 2027.

Located in Alto Agrelo, the property will feature 52 villas and suites as part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. Construction is expected to begin by the end of this year.

The hotel will be situated within Reserva Alto Agrelo, a 1,000-acre development that will also house a winery and 116 luxurious residential lots for sale.

Casa Duhau will feature 40 villas located throughout the property, with views of the Andes Mountains. It will house 12 suites in the main building.

Other facilities include two restaurants, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a spa, meeting rooms, a lagoon, and curated wellness experiences.

Hyatt South America and Caribbean development vice president Cristiano Goncalves said: “We are proud to announce plans to introduce The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand in Argentina through this highly anticipated luxury hotel project – and expand our relationship with the Scalesciani family, in collaboration with the David family.
